Chris Irving is our on site massage therapist, he is certified in Acupressure Massage Therapist and has been practising therapies for over 5 years.

While staying at Alborada why not treat yourself with a massage on our specially designed massage chair, where the focus is on your back, neck, head & arms or lie down on the massage table and indulge in a full body treatment. Let Chris’s able hands work away your stresses and tensions.

Hopi Ear candles is a 20min treatment which is an Indian relaxation ceremony that calms the mind and soothes the head and ears. This treatment is soothing and helpful for earache and headache, ear noise, stress and nervousness. The whole ceremony will bring a wonderful state of relaxation.

Sit back and relax as you experience an Indian head massage. This treatment will rejuvenate the scalp, relieve any neck or head tension you may be experiencing and leave you with a refreshed energy.

Reiki is a therapy that channels energy and balances Chakras. You will feel a sense of balance and renewed energy following this treatment.
